Close your eyes tight, release your tense hands from that firm grip that holds the racing thoughts and pain from within, take a deep breath. Just breathe. Count to ten. Pause. Count to twenty. Pause. Count to one hundred. Pause and keep those inspecting devices closed and preserved from the external realm. Expel those thoughts that tell you something you don’t need or want to hear. Release all those occurrences from prior weeks that you have stored behind your walls for other people’s sake. Inhale. These walls are the barriers that you concocted that no one ever had the power to destroy. Just remember that tomorrow is a new day. Exhale. Take it one step at a time. Breathe. Someone out there will be there for you. You don’t believe it because of the diverse relationships, people, things, and events, but someone is looking out for you. Breathe. Enter your dreams with ease of mind tonight. Focus on something happy. Breathe. Goal for tomorrow? Do something that makes you feel good. Scary? Perhaps. I know you don’t like doing things for yourself. But you have to because I am telling you to. Breathe.This way, you can go back to school on Thursday from your day off tomorrow feeling amazing. When you feel amazing, you glow. Don’t let anyone, ANYONE dull your sparkle. For right now, just breathe, focus on your breathing patterns and don’t look back. Dream your day away.
